At Shopeasily Store, we are committed to getting your orders to your doorstep quickly and reliably. This policy outlines all the details about our shipping methods, delivery times, and charges.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship all across Pakistan. We deliver to all major cities, towns, and remote areas serviced by our courier partners.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer one standard shipping method with a clear delivery promise:

Standard Delivery: All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation. Once shipped, your order will be delivered to you within 3 to 4 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) will be processed on the next business day (Monday).

3. Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A nominal shipping fee of [e.g., Rs. 200] is applied to all Cash on Delivery orders. This fee covers handling and logistics and is displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Advance/Online Paid Orders: Free shipping on all orders paid for in advance via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or debit/credit card.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We happily offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.

Please have the exact amount ready for the courier rider, as they may not always have sufficient change.

The total amount due will be the product price plus the applicable COD shipping charge.
5. Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an SMS and email with your order number.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a second notification containing your unique tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time on our courier partner's website.
6. What If I'm Not Available When My Order Arrives?
Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your order twice. If you are unavailable:

The rider will contact you via the phone number provided to schedule a new delivery time.

If the second attempt also fails, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be processed (for advance payments) or the order will be canceled (for COD).
Please ensure your provided phone number is active and you are available to receive the delivery.
7. Important Notes

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your complete shipping address, including city, area, and phone number, before confirming your order. Shopeasily Store is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or events beyond our control may occasionally impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Order Verification: For your safety and ours, all COD orders are subject to a quick courtesy call for order verification before dispatch.
